Brad Billingslea
Brad retired from the Anchorage Police Department in 2006, after 28 years of
service. His duties included uniformed patrol officer and as a full time
training officer at the APD Academy. His patrol experience included field
training officer, motor cycle officer and C.I.R.T. His instructional subjects
certified by APSC include rangemaster for pistol, revolver, and shotgun;
firearms instructor for rifle and submachine gun; emergency vehicle operation
course train the trainer instructor. Other APSC certified instructional subjects
include OC spray, bloodborne pathogens, police stress, hate crimes, and
professional police communication. Brad is currently a factory certified armorer
for Glock, Colt 1911, Colt AR15/M-16, and Remington 870 shotgun.
