Investigation revealed that 26-year-old Virginia Andrew was operating a snow machine on a public roadway while a 23-year-old female was riding as a passenger. Andrew could not navigate over a snow berm and rolled the snow machine. Andrew was contacted by the VPSO and failed several sobriety tests. Andrew was arrested and remanded at the Togiak holding facility pending her arraignment. Research revealed that her license had been revoked because of two prior DUI's. Troopers responded to Kalskag and spoke with the fem ale who stated she had been frightened of her 26 year old boyfriend, but wa s not physically harmed by him. A summons will be requested for him on a charge of DV Assault in the Fourth Degree. When she did not get the cigarettes, she wrestled with the home owner and bit her, causing an injury. By the time the VPSO responded to the victim's residence, Lang had departed the scene and could not be located. Lang was issued a summons to appear on charges of Assault IV and Trespassing. Investigation r evealed, Cameron Phillips, age 19, of Chuathbaluk, violated his probation b y contacting two of his victims from a previous case, remained unlawfully i n their residence, attempted to damage property, and consumed alcohol while being under the age of 21. Troopers responded on 01/06/13 and were unab le to locate Cameron. On 01/07/13 a warrant was issued for Cameron's arr est on charges of Unlawful Contact I (x2) Criminal Mischief V (DV) Criminal Trespass I, and MCA. Cameron was located on 01/07/13 at 1115 hours a nd was arrested without incident. Investigation found 24 year old Wendy Rote had lost control of her 1999 Ford SUV and rolled into the ditch. The SUV flipped through the air and Rote was ejected. Rote landed in soft snow and received minor injuries. Rote was not wearing a seatbelt. A passenger in the vehicle received a minor injury. The vehicle sustained heavy roof damage. Rote was issued a citation for failing to wear her seatbelt. Price lost control o f his vehicle on icy roads and struck a 2000 Ford Windstar van that was dri ven by Wendell Terwillinger, age 85 of Indian, north on the Seward Highway. Terwillinger's vehicle struck a 2012 Dodge pickup driven by Scott Kamlowsk y, age 55 of Anchorage, who was driving south. Possible injuries were recei ved by a passenger in one of the vehicles.
