Investigation revealed McAllister was operating his vehicle while under the influence of Alcohol. Investigation revealed Elias Fabrizio, age 28, of Healy was operating a White, 2000 Peter Built Tractor pulling doubles northbound on the Parks Hwy when the breaks locked up on his trailer causing it to break loose and overturn. Matthew Beer, 49 of Hollis had been driving eastbound on the highway in a 2012 Ford F-150 when he fell asleep, crossed the road and ran into the ditch, colliding with a boulder. Beer was wearing a seat belt, the truck airbags deployed and he was not injured. The truck was totaled. Beer was cited for not exercising due care to avoid a collision.
