Investigation revealed that Forsling had consumed alcoholic beverages in a dry community and then threatened the victim by placing her in fear of imminent physical injury. Forsling was arrested without incident and remand to the Togiak holding facility on a $500 bail. On 8/06/12, Andrews was released from custody on a $2500 bail for a charge of Sexual Assault in the First Degree after he was arrested on 8/01/12. One of his conditions was to obey all Federal, State and Local laws, which he violated on 1/19/13. Andrews is being held at the Dillingham Correctional facility pending his arraignment. Investigation revealed a military Stryker vehicle, driven by Joshua Anderson, 21, of Fort Wainwright, was following a 1999 Chevy van, driven by Steven Booth, 51, of Delta Jct. southbound on the Richardson Highway. Booth slowed to make a left hand turn onto Jack Warren Road. The Stryker collided into the rear end of the van. The collision caused the van to spin in the roadway. A 2011 Chevy Silverado, driven by Alan Ownby, 58, of Delta Jct. was traveling northbound on the Richardson Highway. The van spun into the northbound lane and the Silverado collided with the rear end of van. Booth was transported to the Delta Family Medical Clinic for injuries. Investigation found that Wayne Isaac, 50 or Dot Lake, was traveling east in a rented 2012 Chevrolet passenger car when he lost control and rolled into the west bound ditch. Investigation found that Fred Holmberg, 54 of Dot Lake, and Clyde Charles, 50 of Dot Lake, were passengers. All three were wearing their seatbelts and free of injury. Numerous open containers of beer were found in the vehicle. Wayne Isaac is cited with Open Container. The vehicle sustained significant damage and was impounded.
