Inside the residence was Rosemarie Nelson, age 50, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Nelson had a $750 warrant for a probation violation on the original charge of DUI. Investigation revealed Rule was operating a silver 2002 Ford Escape while intoxicated and with a revoked driver's license. Troopers contacted the girl and while interviewing her, a woman appeared on scene and refused to identify herself. The woman began yelling at the 13 yoa telling her not to talk to the investigating Trooper. The woman was identified as Daisy R. Henry age 50, from Kiana. She was placed under arrested for Interfering with the Report of Domestic Violence and later transported and remanded to the Kotzebue Regional Jail facility. Troopers contacted the girl and while interviewing her, a man appeared on scene and refused to identify himself stating he was the girl's father. When he refused to identify himself he was ordered to leave the area, but refused and turned to attack the investigating Trooper. The man was placed under arrest. The man was identified as Benjamin E. Henry, age 59 of Kiana. Investigation determined that Henry had assaulted the 13 yoa, interfered with the report of Domestic Violence, and violated conditions of release from another case. Henry was transported and remanded to the Kotzebue Regional Jail facility. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim's 2003 Scamp travel trailer was stolen from a commercial storage lot in the Bells Flats area of Kodiak sometime in the last few days. The travel trailer was described as 13' long, and white in color with red stripe. The trailer has an estimated value of $13,000. An investigation is on going. Ignati reportedly left Aniak on 02/02/13 for Crooked Creek on snowmachine and had not been heard from since. Ignati was contacted in the village of Crooked Creek and everything was reported to be okay. Further investigation revealed Ignati violated his probation for the original charge of DUI by traveling to Crooked Creek without a travel permit and consumed a controlled substance. Ignati was arrested on 02/05/13 when he returned to Aniak and was remanded to YKCC in Bethel for felony probation violation. The conviction was the result of an Alaska Wildlife Trooper investigation that showed Baxter advertised and booked black bear hunting trips without first obtaining the appropriate paperwork and licenses. After reviewing his 2012 Alaska resident hunting license it was also noted that Clark had in his possession a resident Washington sport fish license. After conducting a residency investigation it was determined that Clark knowingly made a false statement by claiming he had been in Alaska for 1 year 1 month at the time of his license purchase. When in fact he had only been in Alaska for eight months. Clark was also issued a second citation for failing to possess a non-resident metal locking tag for deer. A mandatory court appearance is scheduled on 2-5-13 at 1:15PM in the Juneau District Court. UPADATE: On 2-5-13, Trevor Clark plead guilty to both class A misdemeanor c harges and was fined $1,500 with $500 suspended and was placed on probation for 365 days. Schack, age 68 of Dayton, Ohio pled guilty in the Yakutat district court to one count of taking a black bear from a boat in Game Management Unit 5. Schack was ordered to pay $510 in fines and forfeit the illegally taken bear hide and skull. An Investigator with SEACAD responded and took over the investigation. The investigation revealed that Gregory Miller (age 57 of Tacoma, Washington) was in possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana, additional unidentified drug items, and 116 morphine tablets, which he stole from an identified victim. Miller was arrested and remanded without bail at the Ketchikan Correctional Center for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Sixth Degree, and Theft 3. Additional criminal charges are pending lab results for the other drug items that were seized from Miller.
