Bogard Road near the Williwaw subdivision in Wasilla for a littering violation. AST contacted a passenger of the vehicle, Michael Mobley age 23 of Homer, during the stop. Investigation revealed Mobley had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to appear for a disposition hearing for the original charge of driving while license revoked. Mobley was arrested for the warrant and transported to the MSPT facility in Palmer where he was held on $500 bail with a court approved third party condition. The driver was identified as Elizabeth J. Rudd, age 25 of Indian. Investigation revealed Rudd was driving with a suspended driver's license. Rudd was issued a misdemeanor citation for DWLS and a citation for the moving violation. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver from Girdwood.
