Investigation revealed Mark Henrikson, age 26 of Wasilla, was driving under the influence of alcohol. Henrikson was arrested and remanded to the custody of the Mat Su Pretrial Facility and held on $500 bail. Investigation determined William Olinger, 26, of Wasilla was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. Additionally, a passenger in the vehicle, identified as Tessa Bear, 28, of Wasilla had an outstanding no bail warrant issued for her arrest for the original charge of false information. Olinger was issued a misdemeanor citation to appear in court and released from the scene. Bear was taken into custody and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial facility where she was held without bail. Olinger's vehicle was towed from the scene following an inability to locate a licensed driver. Block had difficulty seeing causing her to lose control of the vehicle. Bl ock collided with the ditch and rolled her 2000 Chevrolet stake bed pickup onto its roof. Block was wearing her seatbelt and did not report any injur ies. The vehicle sustained damage to the roof. It was also reported that Carrie had three children with her as well. AST made contact with Pinckley who was subsequently arrested for driving un der the influence, driving with a revoked operator's license, and three cou nts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Pinckley also attempted to bite one of the troopers and was additionally charged with assault in the 4th d egree. Pinckley was transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center where she was remanded to custody. AK Bureau of Investigation ------------------------------------------------- Location: Anchorage, AK Case number: AK13010265 Type: MICS 2nd Degree Text: On 02-12-13, investigators with the Anchorage WAANT unit and US Postal Service interdicted a parcel that was being mailed to a 23-year-old male in Nome, AK. from a 70-year-old male from Phoenix, AZ. The parcel was sent to the US Postal Inspection Service Office after it had been damaged in shipment. The shipper was contacted and consent was obtained to open the parcel for inspection. The parcel was opened, which resulted in the seizure of 120 Roxicodone pills. The pills had an estimated "street value" of over $6,000 in the Nome area. The investigation is continuing by the WAANT unit and suspects have been identified. MICS 2nd Degree are expected to be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office on the suspects. The male subject was transported to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and then Alaska Native Medical Center where he is currently being treated. The investigation is continuing. AK Bureau of Highway Patrol ------------------------------------------------- Location: Mi 14, Kalifornsky Beach Rd Case number: AK13009633 Type: DUI Text: On 2-9-2013 at 2231 hours the Bureau of Highway Patrol, Kenai Peninsula team was on patrol and responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch near mile 14 of K-Beach Rd. The vehicle was reported as a REDDI by two separate callers. The vehicle was identified as a white 2010 Ford F150. Upon contact the operator and sole occupant of the vehicle was identified as Erika L. Mosiman, 38 years of age of Kenai AK. Investigation revealed Mosiman was operating the motor vehicle while impaired. Mosiman was arrested and the vehicle was picked up by a responsible party. Mosiman was processed and transported to Wildwood Pretrial where she was remanded without bail due to this being her second DUI offense within ten years.
