The vehicle was pulled over after AST observed several equipment violations on the vehicle. Investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of Marijuana and paraphernalia. Investigation revealed Billeter had assaulted a family member inside the residence, and damaged between $50 and $500 of personal property. Subsequently, Billeter was arrested on the charges of Assault in the 4th degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. Billeter was remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial, and held with no bail. Upon arrival Troopers contacted Chad Kaska, age 41 of Palmer. Investigation revealed Kaska assaulted a family member and caused injury. Kaska was arrested for Assault in the 4th degree. AK Wildlife Troopers ------------------------------------------------- Location: Anchorage Case number: AK13012554, AK13011094 Type: Fail to Submit Hunt Report, Warrant Arrest Text: On 2/16/13 Anchorage and Aniak AWT contacted Charles Hess (age 32 / Anchorage). Investigation showed that Hess had failed to submit a hunt report for a registration moose hunt near Aniak. Further, it was discovered that Hess had an outstanding warrant. Hess arrested on the outstanding warrant and issued a citation for Fail to Submit Hunt Report. He was cited to the Bethel Court with a bail of $110 for the hunt report. He was then remanded to the Anchorage Jail with bail set at $500 for the warrant. AK Bureau of Highway Patrol ------------------------------------------------- Location: Wasilla Case number: AK13012523 Type: DUI, DWLR Text: On 02-22-13, at 0557 hours, Alaska State Troopers with the Bureau of Highway Patrol responded to the intersection of the Parks Hwy and Lamont Rd for a vehicle that was stuck in the ditch. This incident occurred with the Parks Hwy Traffic Safety Corridor. The driver was identified as Leonard W. Walker, age 21, of Anchorage. An investigation revealed Walker was operating a 2009 Toyota Corolla while impaired by alcohol and he was placed under arrest for DUI. Walker's license was also revoked stemming from a prior DUI and DWLR Charge. Walker was then transported and remanded into the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was held on $2750 bail plus a court approved third party.
