Investigation revealed Robert Mackie, age 22 of Wasilla, was southbound on Johnson's Road near Dawn Lake in a 1987 Acura Integra. Mackie lost control of the vehicle and rolled several times. Mackie was ejected from the vehicle and sustained serious injury. Mackie was transported to Providence Medical Center in Anchorage. Alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor. Mackie was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision. High speeds appear to be the contributing factor in the collision. Investigation revealed Goss had attached plates belonging to another vehicle onto the Passat and Goss was on conditions of release. Alaska State Troopers responded and investigation revealed that Bryan Kelila age 32 of Aniak, assaulted a family member causing physical injury in addition to breaking her cell phone. Bryan is on felony probation for Assault 3-DV. Bryan was located and arrested on 4/25/13. Bryan is charged with Assault 3 DV, Criminal Mischief 4 DV, and Felony Probation Violation.
