Dolly Smith, approximately 70 of Kiana, was discovered deceased. Troopers responded to the village. Anchorage ABI also has sent two investigators to the village to assist with the investigation. The charges on the warrant are Sexual Assault in the second degree and Incest. Lind was transported to King Salmon and remanded to the Bristol Bay Borough Jail on $25,000 bail. Text: On 9/6/12 the Manokotak Village Public Safety Officer responded to a Manokotak residence for a disturbance. Investigation revealed Wassillisia Margaret Nicketa, age 30 of Manokotak, was found to have transported alcohol from Dillingham to Manokotak and consumed the alcohol with Bernice Toni Redfox, age 51 of Bethel. Both individuals were intoxicated when contacted by police. Manokotak is a dry village. Nicketa will be summonsed to court for Importation of Alcohol and Possession of Alcohol and Redfox will be summonsed to court for possession of alcohol. Investigation revealed, a 15 year old juvenile female refused to listen to the teachers when she was asked to take out her earphones from her ears. When she refused and was told to go to the principles' office, she punched a hole into the wall. A charge of Criminal Mischief 4 will be forwarded to Juvenile Intake against the offender. AK Wildlife Troopers ------------------------------------------------- Location: Glennallen Case number: 12-54504 Type: Take Sub-Legal Bull Moose Text: On 9/7/12 Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Glennallen contacted 49 year old Wasilla resident Douglas Deisenroth after he harvested a moose on September 2nd. Investigation revealed Douglas harvested the moose in GMU 13A. Further investigation revealed the moose was only 43 inches wide and had only two brow tines on each side. Douglas was issued a court summons for taking a sub-legal bull moose. As a result of the offense, Douglas's moose antlers, meat and rifle were seized. Lee was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial on charges of Theft 1st Degree, Burglary 2nd Degree, Theft 2nd Degree x2, Vehicle Theft 1st Degree x2, Fraudulent Use of Access Device x5, Attempted Fraudulent Use of Access Device x4, Misconduct Involving Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, Misconduct Involving Weapons 3rd Degree, Misconduct Involving Weapons 4th Degree, and Possession of Burglary Tools. Bail was sat at $25,000 cash and CATP. The continuing investigation into the burglary of the Alaska Division of Forestry building in Palmer by the Alaska Bureau of Investigation revealed the items stolen to include multiple Stihl chainsaws, computers, personal items of crew members, and two vehicles. The two vehicles stolen from the forestry building are a silver 2002 Toyota Tundra bearing Alaska License plate FHA176 and a white 1998 Toyota Tacoma bearing Alaska License plate EPD399. On 07-09-2012 at approximately 0800 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a burglary from the Alaska Division of Forestry building on Woodrow Loop in Palmer. Investigation revealed multiple forestry items were stolen sometime over the weekend. The investigation is ongoing. Officers contacted David Peterson, age 46 of Brooklyn Park Minnesota. Peterson was arrested for DUI and it was s ubsequently discovered he had 3 prior convictions for DUI in Minnesota in t he prior 10 years.
