The driver, Benjamin Pope, age 19 of Wasilla, failed to immediately inform Troopers of a handgun concealed on h is person. Further investigation revealed Pope was operating the vehicle wi thout a valid driver's license. The vehicle sustained approximately $5000 damage as a result. The Moose Federation responded for the deceased moose.
