Minch then left the area prior to AST arriving on scen e. Minch was later located in Klawock. Subsequent investigation revealed that Minch was intoxicated while he was operating his vehicle and was viola ting current conditions of release by having contact with family members. Minch was arrested and transported to the Craig City Jail where he was rema nded and held without bail pending arraignment. On scene, Troopers contacted the occupants of the vehicle and identified them as Ricardo S. Kubacki, age 19, or Wasilla and 15 year old juvenile. Investigation revealed Kubacki delivered a schedule VIA controlled substance to the juvenile. Troopers responde d and investigation revealed that 27 YOA Dwight Littlefish of Lower Kalskag was drinking with an adult female. The female attempted to leave Littlefi sh's residence, but he prevented her from leaving by physically assaulting and strangling her. Littlefish then proceeded to sexually assault her. Th e victim was transported to the hospital we she was treated for her injurie s. On 9/17/2012, Littlefish was arrested and charged with Kidnapping, Sexu al Assault I, Sexual Assault II, Assault II, Assault III & Assault IV. Numerous windows and other items had been damaged, and the cost of damage was initially estimated at approximately $5,000.00. Investigation revealed that Jamie Buntyn (45yoa of California) had offered to purchase airline tickets at reduced prices on behalf of individuals within the Healy area and that he had presented itineraries to the complainants as genuine. When several of the complainants arrived to redeem the tickets at the Anchorage Airport they discovered that the tickets had been cancelled due their having been purchased with stolen credit cards. Other complainants reported the same individual committing similar acts with their not having been able to use the airline tickets proferred as genuine. Jamie Buntyn was arrested on four counts of Theft 2 and remanded to FCC without incident. The investigation is continuing and additional complainants have been coming forward to AST since Buntyn's arrest.
