At the residence, Troopers contacted Cory D. Murphy, age 22 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Murphy intentionally caused approximately $400 damage to the apartment. Murphy was arrested for Criminal Mischief IV DV and transported to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was remanded without bail. Investigation determined the driver, William Kelly, 25, of Wasilla was operating the vehicle with a revoked driver's license. Kelly was issued a misdemeanor citation to appear in court at a later date and released from the scene. A licensed driver responded and took possession of Kelly's vehicle at his request. Stuhff, age 35 of Wasilla, during a traffic stop for an equipment violation near Skyview Drive on Meadow Lakes Loop in Wasilla. Investigation revealed Stuhff had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failure to appear at a disposition hearing on the original charges of DWLR and MICS 6. Stuhff was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held on $500 cash bail. The shot came from a high powered .17 caliber pellet rifle. The air rifle had been fired by another 9 year old male while the two boys were having an argument. The injured boy was taken to the Pilot Station Health Clinic where CPR was performed. The boy succumbed to his injuries. Investigation is ongoing. Investigation revealed Lloyd Hill, age 27, of Aniak assaulted a household member causing physical injury by means of a dangerous instrument. The family member was transported the Aniak Regional clinic to be treated for her injuries. Hill was subsequently arrested and transported to YKCC where he will be held pending arraignment without bail. Alcohol appears to have been a factor in the incident. The registered owner of the red 2007 Mazda 4-Door Sedan bearing FDA496 reported the car as stolen. The vehicle was running with the keys in the ignition. Investigational revealed Mark was in fact intoxicated while operating an ATV. Mark was also unlicensed and he had brought alcohol into a dry village. He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, importation of alcohol, and driving without a valid license. Mark was transported to the AST Tok Post to wait for arraignment.
