Subsequent investigation revealed that Sellards had consumed alcohol and was arrested without incident. She was transported to the Craig City Jail where she was remanded. She was held on $500 bail pending arraignment. Investigation revealed Clifford M. Barber, age 23, of Talkeetna, was operating his blue 1988 Ford Bronco II on Beaver Road when he lost control and hit a tree after going in the ditch. Further investigation revealed Barber was operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol. AST responded and located Jardo Vorasicky, 66, of Anchor Point on the property. Investigation revealed Vorasicky and a possible accomplice was taking insulation from the property. Vorasicky was arrested for theft 2 and criminal trespass 1 and remanded at Wildwood Correctional Facility. The investigation revealed Julia Strouf, age 20, of Kenai, was driving a 1985 Toyota truck and lost control on the icy roads. Strouf reported not wearing her seatbelt. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Sharon Derry, age 23, of Soldotna. Derry initially gave the Troopers a false name, because she had outstanding warrants for her arrest. The investigation further revealed Derry was driving on a license which was revoked and she was required to have an IID device in the vehicle. Derry was moreover charged with vehicle theft 2, because she had no legal grounds to be operating the rental vehicle. The driver was identified as David V. Vasilchuk, age 19, of Portland Oregon. An investigation revealed Vasilchuk was operating the vehicle after consuming alcohol while being under the age of 21. Vasilchuk was placed under arrest for MOCA and MCA and transported to Wasilla Police Department for processing. Vasilchuk was issued a summons for the charge of Minor Operating after Consuming Alcohol and Minor Consuming Alcohol witha later court date. Holcomb, age 30, of Wasilla. An investigation revealed Holcomb was operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol and she was placed under arrest for DUI. Holcomb was then transported and remanded into the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where she was held on $500 bail. Troopers identified the driver as Stacy L. Jennings, age 51, of Wasilla. An investigation revealed Jennings was operating the vehicle with a revoked driver's license stemming from a DUI conviction. Jennings was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving with a revoked driver's license and released on scene. The Hyundai was parked at a local business to be retrieved at a later time. The driver had fled on foot prior to AST arrival. The vehicle was a 2004 GMC 1500, which had a registered address not far from the crash scene. Troopers responded to the residence and an investigation identified the driver as Michael A. Stockman, age 23, of Wasilla. Stockman was found to have been operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol and he was placed under arrest for DUI. Further Stockman had a revoked driver's license stemming from a prior DUI conviction. Also Stockman had two prior DUI convictions within ten years making this DUI a Felony. Stockman was also found to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Anchorage for FTSJ-ASAP for the original charge of DUI. Stockman was placed under arrest for DUI, DWLR and the active warrant. Stockman was then transported and remanded into the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was held on $5500 bail plus a court approved third party. Investigation revealed that the driver Garry R. Mogg age 54 of Anchorage was driving when his license was revoked. A passenger in Mogg's vehicle, Theodore Louis Shpak Jr. of Anchorage was arrested on two outstanding arrest warrants; Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Concealing Merchandise and also Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving While License Revoked.
