Investigation revealed Gary Hill age 48 of Wasilla, had assaulted a neighbor, and recklessly engag ed in conduct which created a substantial risk of serious physical injury t o a family member. During the stop, Andrew Dunkin, age 49 of Palmer, was recklessly creating a hazardous condition for others. Investigation also revealed that Dunkin was in possession of a controlled substance. Dunkin was arrested for disorderly conduct and misconduct involving a controlled substance in the sixth degree. Ismail, age 48 of Wasilla. An investigation revealed Ismail was operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol and he was placed under arrest for DUI. Ismail later refused to provide a sample of breath and was subsequently charged with refusal of a chemical test. Ismail was then transported and remanded into the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was held on $2500 bail plus a court approved third party.
