Investigation revealed Michael Sines, age 34 of Wasilla, recklessly place two family members in fear of physical injury and interfered when one attempted to call 911. Sines was arrested and remanded to the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail. Lucille Creek Drive in Houston for a report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed Douglas Vanlue, age 32 of Houston, intentionally damaged property belonging to another person on scene. Vanlue was subsequently issued a misdemeanor citation for the original charge of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and released on scene. Text: On 11/4/2012 at 0427 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a 911 call from a Bobby Roberts, age 31 of Palmer demanding that Troopers respond to his residence to engage him in a fight. Troopers contacted Roberts via telephone and declined to respond to the residence. An hour later Roberts again contacted 911 and told Troopers that if they didn't respond to engage him in a fight, he would go to a local establishment and hurt people to elicit a response from Troopers. Troopers responded to that establishment as a precaution. On a third 911 call Roberts reported that he had knocked an unknown male unconscious and he now had hostages at his residence located on Golden Hills Circle in Palmer. Troopers were able to establish that there were other people at his residence at the time of the call. Patrol Troopers and Troopers with the Bureau of Highway Patrol responded to the residence which was a four-plex. Residents in neighboring units were evacuated from the building while negotiators attempted to contact Roberts. At 0930 hours, Troopers were able to contact a male and female inside of the residence who were unharmed in the event. Roberts left the residence prior to Troopers arrival and his whereabouts were unknown. On 11/10/12 at 0030 hours, Troopers were able to locate Roberts. Roberts was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening, False Report and Disorderly Conduct. He was remanded into custody and held without bail. Investigation determined that Justin Eberhart, 24 yoa of Anchorage, was driving his blue Ford Escape southbound when he lost control of his vehicle and collided with a vehicle stopped at the intersection. The other vehicle was identified as a white Toyota pickup driven by Daniel Dempsey, 60 yoa of Glennallen. Both vehicles were able to drive from the scene and neither party reported any injuries. Eberhart was cited for failing to exercise due care to avoid a collision. Charles Andrew had a $10,000 warrant for SAM 2 that was issued on 11-5-2012. Andrew was remanded to the King Salmon jail. Investigation revealed that Timothy John Mcardle Jr., age 19 of Fairbanks had assaulted an adult male. Investigation also revealed that Timothy was in violation of his conditions of release and had two outstanding warrants. Investigation revealed that a green Honda Accord crashed into the rear end of a white Chevrolet Silverado that then crashed into the rear end of a silver Chevrolet Silverado. The silver Silverado being driven by James Mcgee, 60, of Fairbanks had stopped due to another vehicle crash in front of him. The white Silverado being driven by James Watson, 48, of Fairbanks, was traveling behind Mcgee and stopped in time. The Honda, driven by Emily Koenig, 18, of Fairbanks, was traveling behind Watson but was unable to stop and her vehicle crashed into the rear end of Watson's vehicle. Investigation revealed that a white Lexus 4 door sedan was traveling north on the Steese Highway when the driver encountered some steering problems. The vehicle struck the barriers in the median, then traveled across the right lane and into the ditch. The driver, Michael Priest, 45, of Fairbanks, was taken to FMH were he was treated for injuries sustained in the crash. Priest had been wearing his seat belt. During the stop it was found that Spurlock had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Spurlock was arrested and remanded into Mat-Su Pretrial pending arraignment. An investigation showed that the driver, Lonny Harp, age 22 of Palmer, was driving the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Harp was arrested and remanded into Mat-Su Pretrial where bail was set at $500.
