Investigation revealed that a 16-year-old juvenile was in possession of an electronic Bark Collar that was stolen from the residence. The estimated value of the theft is $100.00. Investigation revealed, Debera Soule, age 61 of Wasilla, died of natural causes. Next of kin was on scene at the time of death. Foul play is not suspected in this case. Scott Yahr, age 49 of Glennallen was southbound on Co-op Road in his 2009 Ford F150. James Edson, age 39 of Glennallen pulled out of Blackburn Court onto Co-op Road in his 1997 Subaru. Yahr braked and veered to the right but could not avoid sideswiping Edson's Subaru. Edson was issued a citation for Failure to Yield when entering the roadway. All subjects report wearing their seatbelts and no injuries were reported. Side curtain airbags deployed on Yahr's F150. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Investigation concluded and Utley was arrested on a $10,000 warrant for three counts of MICS IV. Utley was also arrested on a No Bail warrant for a probation violation. Utley was transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center and remanded. Investigation revealed Ryall's Alaska driver's license is revoked for Minor Operating After Consuming Alcohol. Ryall was issued a misdemeanor citation to appear in court at a later date and released on scene. Ryall's vehicle was released to a valid operator.
