AST investigation revealed the driver was in possession of 16 grams of Heroin, a scale, suspected drug proceeds, and marijuana paraphernalia. Case is still under investigation. Investigation revealed Joshua Thomas, 17 yoa of Haines, was operating a 1996 Geo Tracker southbound when he rear-ended a 2005 Chevrolet Express, operated by Eric Triezenberg, 36 of Haines, that was stopped for a school bus. Damage to Triezenberg's vehicle was estimated at $1500. Initially it was reported there were no injuries, however, at 1425 hours on 12/10/12 Triezenberg reported he was experiencing pain in his shoulders and neck. He was treated at the Haines clinic and released. Investigation revealed that Gregory Bird, age 24 of Ketchikan, had assaulted a family member. Investigation revealed Anthony Iman, age 51 of Palmer, had two outstanding arrest warrants and had given Troopers a false name when contacted. Iman's warrants were for Assault III and Criminal Trespass I. Further investigation revealed Iman had an extraditable arrest warrant from Washington for escape. Iman was arrested for False Information, Fugitive from Justice, and for the two warrants. Iman was transported and remanded to MSPT where he was held without bail. The driver was identified as Kyle Kirsh, age 26, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Kirsch had an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant for failure to appear at arraignment on the original charge of DUI. Kirsch additionally was driving with a revoked driver's license. Kirsch was placed under arrest and remanded into the Mat-Su PreTrial Facility where he was held on $500.00 bail. AST inv estigation determined Lawhead died some times between 1400-1616hrs 12-02-20 12. The cause of death is still uncertain, but foul play is not suspected. Text: On 11/30/12 at 1415 hours, the Alaska State Troopers in St. Mary's were notified of a burned deceased male that had been located inside of a residence in St Mary's. The male has not been identified and the body is being sent to the State Medical Examiners Office for an autopsy and identification. Investigation revealed that unknown suspect(s) damaged the locking mechanism to the entry door of the city's water treatment plant. At approximately 1430 hours State Troopers contacted the female at a local airline. A subsequent search of the female's checked bags revealed one 750 ml bottle of vodka. The bottle of alcohol was seized and charges are being forwarded to the District Attorneys Office. Selawik is a local option community which bans the importation and sale of alcohol. Commack (age 30 from Shungnak) in the village of Shungnak after it was reported that Commack had stabbed a family member. Investigation revealed that Commack had entered a residence in the village without permission and had damaged several doors in the residence. While in the residence Commack assaulted two of the occupants with knives, one of the occupants was injured but did not require medical treatment. Commack was transported to the Kotzebue Regional Jail where she was remanded into custody and held on two counts of Assault III, one count of Burglary I, and one count of Criminal Mischief IV. Investigation determined that Ryan Vanreenan, age 27 of Fairbanks lost control of his vehicle and went off the road ending upside down. A soldier from Fort Wainwright stopped and assisted the passengers in getting out of the vehicle. EMS responded and transported the driver and all three passengers. The occupants were evaluated and released from Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. A juvenile in the vehicle suffered a bloody nose. Vanreenan did not have insurance and was issued a court summons for No Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance. Investigation revealed Darrick Ambrose, age 19 of Ruby had violated his conditions of Release by consuming alcohol and assaulting his father. Investigation also revealed that Daniel Ambrose, age 21 had violated his conditions of release by consuming alcohol, having contact with Darrick Ambrose and by leaving the sight and sound of his third party custodian. Investigation also revealed Brenda Ambrose, age 42 of Ruby failed to report the violations of her third party duties. An initial investigation has revealed that Christopher Keffalos, age 42 of Anchorage, was northbound when he lost control of his Ford SUV and slid into the southbound lane, striking a Suzuki SUV operated by Ronald Myers, age 56 of Anchorage. AST-Statewide Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) and AST Patrol responded to a Noble Street address in Fairbanks to investigate the presence of a possible methamphetamine lab. AST found a small meth lab outside of a residence. SDEU obtained a search warrant for the property and dismantled the lab with the assistance of University of Alaska Fairbanks Police Department and the Fairbanks North Star Borough Hazmat team. Stotts had been contacted as the driver of a vehicle parked in the roadway on Watana Drive in Wasilla. An investigation showed that Stotts was under the influence of alcohol and she was arrested. During the stop it was found that the driver, Adam Dishneau, 36 of Palmer, was driving the vehicle in violation of a restriction on his license.
