The vehicle was pulled over for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that a passenger Joseph Stewart, age 25 of Ketchikan was in possession of Marijuana and paraphernalia on his person. J. The vehicle was pulled over after AST received a REDDI report (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately) on the vehicle. Investigation revealed that Richard Slovonsky, age 39 of Colorado was operating a motor vehicle while his license was canceled. R. Slovonsky was issued a summons to appear in court for DWLC. Additionally, the vehicle was reported as a REDDI (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately). Upon arrival Troopers contacted the driver who was identified as Ian E. Wisecarver, age 25, of Wasilla. Investigation revealed Wisecarver was operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a suspended driver's license. Wisecarver was placed under arrest and remanded into the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was held on $1000.00 bail. Investigation revealed that Christine Mcgrane, age 35, of Wasilla, was driving her 2003 Saturn Vue south on Tait Drive when she ran the stop sign onto Bogard Road and collided with a 2011 Ford Edge driven by Barbara Kuhn, age 69, of Wasilla. The Saturn then collided with a 1997 Ford F150 driven by Reggie Ostermiller, age 46, of Hawaii. Kuhn and a 17-year-old passenger in Ostermiller's vehicle were transported by EMS to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center for minor injuries. All three vehicles sustained approximately $3,000 in damage each and were towed from the scene. All drivers and passengers reported wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision. AST responded to the residence and investigation revealed that Ricky Cristo, age 20 of McGrath, had broken into a residence and placed the occupant of the residence in fear by his conduct and then physically assaulted her. Cristo was arrested and charged with one count of Burglary in the 1st Degree and two counts of Assault in the 4th Degree (DV). Cristo was then transported to YKCC without incident where he was held without bail. Timur Jonathan Craig, 32 of Fairbanks, was subsequently arrested for DUI and Refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center and remanded. Craig was fined $1500 with $1000 suspended and ordered to forfeit the two illegally taken deer. Craig was also placed on probation for one year.
