The plea is the result of a Klawock Alaska Wildlife Trooper Investigation, which showed Aceveda received a registration moose permit when he was ineligible, and then harvested a moose and possessed it illegally. Troopers used the tips received and subsequently contacted Canyon Spurlock, age 29 of Wasilla, at a residence along Campbell Lake. Investigation revealed that Spurlock was operating a snow machine along the Coastal Wildlife Refuge. Spurlock was issued a Misdemeanor citation for Operating an ATV (motorized vehicle) in the Coastal Wildlife Refuge and given a court date of April 4th, 2013 in the Anchorage District Court. AK Bureau of Highway Patrol ------------------------------------------------- Location: Wasilla Incident Number: AK13013917 Type: DUI x 2 / Fugitive from Justice Text: On 2/27/13 at 1534 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to Schrock Road near the Little Su River in Wasilla for the report of two men in an altercation. Investigation revealed Angelo P. Faraci, age 34 of Wasilla and Lance William Garrett, age 50 of Wasilla were operating their four wheelers while intoxicated and became stuck. There were no signs of an altercation and no statements made of an altercation by both parties involved. Faraci and Garrett were subsequently arrested for DUI. Further investigation revealed Garrett had an extraditable Warrant out of the State of Arkansas. Both Faraci and Garrett were transported to and remanded in the MSPT. Faraci was remanded with his bail set at $500 and Garrett was remanded with no bail awaiting extradition to Arkansas.
