Investigation revealed a 16-year-old juvenile assaulted an adult male and resisted arrest. 42-year-old Tammy Wolfe of Fairbanks interfered with Troopers arresting the juvenile and struggled with Troopers, biting and spitting on them in the process. The juvenile was arrested and transported to Fairbanks Youth Facility. Wolfe was arrested and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center. Sanders (21yoa of Tanana) was overdue into Tanana from Nenana. The reporter indicated that Sanders was to be traveling by snowmachine to Tanana, and that he had left Nenana the previous evening, had yet to arrive in Tanana, and had not been heard from since he left Nenana. AST, AWT, the Nenana Fire Department, and VPSOs from Tanana and Nenana comm enced a search for Sanders. Sanders was located by AWT personnel approximately 19 miles away from Manley. Sanders was found in good health, and stated that his snowmachine had broken down and he had taken shelter in a cabin. AWT personnel transported Sanders to Manley. Investigation revealed that Nathan Holder was subject to Conditions of Release reference an earlier criminal case. These conditions barred him from contacting the victim of that particular crime, the 38 yoa female. The investigation further revealed that he had contacted her at least one previous time. Two charges of Violating Conditions of Release and one charge of Harassment in the 2nd degree against Nathan Holder were filed in the Nenana court. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Nathan Holder. Investigation revealed that Kyle Lawson of Fairbanks pulled a pistol on a female after a verbal altercation. During the incident, another female was physical assaulted by Lawson. Lawson was arrested and transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center where he was remanded. He is being held without bail at this time. The investigation revealed Frank Alto, age 59, of Soldotna, was driving a 2001 Ford Taurus when he struck an individual in her own driveway. Alto ran over the lower part of her leg and left the scene without stopping. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor. Alto was arrested and remanded into Wildwood Pretrial without bail on the criminal charges of Assault 3rd, Leaving the Scene of an Injury motor vehicle accident. The man stated he locked the doors when he left the residence and the doors were locked when he returned home. Nothing else in the residence was disturbed according to the man, yet his prescription drugs were gone.
