Nanalook, age 20, from Manokotak. Investigation revealed that Nanalook was operating an ATV after consuming alcohol. Nanalook was found to be under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested for DUI-Alcohol. Nanalook was lodged in the Manokotak holding facility, and released on her own recognizance when sober. A summons was requested for the charges of DUI and Minor Consuming Alcohol. Wilson, Jr., age 48, of Dillingham after a traffic stop for an inoperable headlight. Investigation revealed that the license plate on the vehicle Wilson was driving did not match the plate for which the vehicle was registered. Wilson was issued a summons for Improper Use of Evidence of Registration, and ordered to park the vehicle until proper registration could be made. Investigation revealed that Andy Boskofsky, age 53 of Ouzinkie, passed away due to natural causes. Next of Kin was notified. The State Medical Examiner was also notified and released the body to the Kodiak Mortuary. Johnson of Kiana. AST responded to the village and investigated the allegation. Due to AST's investigation Shaun E. Johnson was arrested for assault in the Fourth Degree DV for kicking the child. Johnson was transported to Kotzebue were he was held for arraignment. Troopers responded and conducted an investigation. Investigation revealed Thomas Barr, DOB: 12-25-78, of Deering was intoxicated and had assaulted his girlfriend. Barr was subsequently arrested and transported to Kotzebue where he was remanded on the charges of Assault 4-DV, and held for arraignment. This area of the Seward Highway is within the Seward Highway Traffic Safety Corridor. Martin was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seat belt. This investigation was launched on 7-2-10, after the Mat-Su Narcotics Unit was assisted by AST Mat-Su West Patrol and K-9 "Roelle" in seizing a package from a commercial courier that contained a large quantity of oxycontin pills. The package was ultimately delivered by investigators to a residence located off of Heather Way, in Wasilla. The suspect at the residence accepted the package and opened it within minutes of accepting the package. Investigators converged on the residence, recovered the package and identified the suspect as Vladimir A. Bochkovsky, age 28, of Wasilla. Bochkovsky was arrested and charged with MICS 2nd and MICS 4th. He was transported to Mat-Su Pretrial and held in lieu of $25,000 c/c. Upon executing the Search Warrant, investigators located a meth lab on the property. Found at the home was Thor J. Williamson, age 42, of Anchorage. Williamson was arrested for the meth lab and upon placing him under arrest, methamphetamine was seized from his person. Williamson was ultimately charged with five counts of MICS 2nd, Purchase or Receipt of Restricted Amounts of Certain Listed Chemicals and two counts of MICS 4th. He was transported to Mat-Su Pretrial, in Palmer, where he was held in lieu of $50,000 cash.
