Investigation revealed that the driver, Jonathon Wilson age 21 of Ketchikan, was driving while his license was revoked. A 2009 Toyota Camary, driven by Kampee Ruanna, age 32 of Fairbanks, swerved to miss a moose standing in the roadway and entered the ditch. The vehicle flipped onto its top. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Jude Paluzzi age 65, of Anchorage. Investigation revealed Paluzzi was driving without a valid license. Troopers responded and Tynan Demoss age 19 of Anchorage tried to flee from Troopers. Troopers apprehended Demoss and placed him under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and MCA. Troopers then contacted the other individual at a campsite. Steven Stinson age 20 of Anchorage whom also tried to flee from Troopers when they attempted to contact him, Stinson was apprehended and charged with MICS 6th, False Reporting and MCA. The car failed to yield for over a mile, before finally pulling onto a side street and then a driveway. Richard Lee Frasure, age 21 of North Pole, was identified as the driver. Investigation revealed he was driving the car while impaired by alcohol. He was arrested for DUI and Eluding 2nd. He was remanded at Fairbanks Correctional Center. Bail was set at $2500. The driver was identified as Nathan N. Puzey, age 29 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Puzey had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving. After failing field sobriety tests, Puzey was arrested for DUI and held at MSPT on $2500 bail plus a Court Approved Third Party Custodian.
