The cabin owner reported the incident occurred sometime during the previous three weeks while the cabin was unoccupied. Diana Ave. in Palmer. Investigation revealed Christopher Boze, age 32 of Palmer, recklessly placed 2 family members in fear of imminent physical injury by his conduct during the incident. Investigation revealed Milysha Nelson, age 46 of Houston, recklessly caused physical injury to a family member and knowingly exposed herself in a manner that was offensive to that family member. Investigation revealed, Jerrold Chivers, age 66 of Palmer, drove under the influence of alcohol while his license was revoked. Further investigation revealed that Chivers possessed two pills of Diazepam without a prescription. Text: On 10/27/12 the Alaska Wildlife Troopers in Fairbanks received an anonymous complaint that some hunters may have been hunting caribou with rifles within the Dalton Highway Corridor near Galbraith Lake. Investigation revealed that Kenneth Longville, 26yoa of Ft, Richardson Alaska and Michael Lemanski, 24yoa of Ft. Richardson Alaska killed 4 bull caribou less then 1 mile from the Dalton Highway and salvaged the antlers and only a small portion of the edible meat. The two hunters were contacted by Wildlife Troopers in both Fairbanks and Wasilla and their Rifle and caribou were seized. They are each charged with multiple counts of hunting with a firearm less than 5 miles from the Dalton Highway, failing to salvage all edible meat of a game animal and removing antlers from a kill site before the meat. All of these crimes are class A misdemeanors. Incident to the investigation six (6) 750ml bottles of alcohol were seized. The estimated "street value" of the seized alcohol was determined to be about $900. Toksook Bay is a local option community which bans the sale and importation of alcohol. A suspect has been identified and investigation continues.
