Notice of Intent to Award Issued
The Alaska Department of Public Safety (DPS) today issued a conditional Notice Of
Intent To Award (NIA) for the APSIN Redesign Project. The NIA was awarded to
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) of McLean, Virginia.
The NIA does not constitute a formal award of a contract (2 AAC 12.210). The NIA
allows the parties to move into the negotiation process in an effort to come to
a final agreement that can ultimately result in a formal contract award.
